Trex Host vs Host Parlor

Trexhost Technologies is attempting to sue Host Parlor for a paypal claim that took actioin Friday October 19th 2007.Trexhost claims there suit is over Simple lies and allegations and bad practice.
Trexhost had there lawyer call Host Parlor Saturday night and try to discuss matters. Host Parlor has hired an attorneys office to assist in the civil suit. Host Parlor will be counter suing TrexHost for Falsifying Identification and Phone Harassment.
Trexhosts Owner has claimed he is Trex Hosts attorney at law, providing Me, Mr. Eddie Keyton, with a lawyers license number claiming it was there license number. We then got into contact with the real Law office under that License number and they informed us that he is indeed not employed by that lawfirm and we then informed them of Trexhosts actions.
They are going to be assisting Host Parlor in the suits. I, Mr. Eddie Keyton, have recorded every telephone calls with Trexhost. Trexhost was purely and immorally calling Me very disturbing and very sick names on the telephone.

Host Parlor awaits call back from the attorney generals office with the papers to call for trexhost in a court of law to face there actions. I will keep an update of the case on namepros and many other websites.

We here at hostparlor want everyone to know Trexhosts real actions. Under the amendment "Freedom of the press" we are allowed to post these phone calls on the internet.

I have to agree, the language on the first recording is extremely violent and unprovoked.

Trexhost: If you are referring to an audio file that we were not involved in and were setup with, I do wish you luck in hearing that tape over again and checking your references

Kyler Woods: I’m not quite sure how you could "set up" a Trexhost to cuss out a Host Parlor representative and insult his religion

Trexhost: No it is not, we do not need that activity here at our home. We have had a problem with this company as it is, and would rather not

Kyler Woods: They deserve to know, when you say that you have "great customer support"
Trexhost: Kyler, this is our home, and we do not believe in posting material that is false.
Kyler Woods: Well, I’d said that it may or may not be fake, but it’s up to the consumers to decide whether it is fake or not

Kyler Woods: The consumers should be able to decide if they think it is real or fake
Trexhost: I can say though, no one here by the name of Jason, no attorney representing us that would be calling
